Breath

This is about the flow, the breath, the movement.  Let’s use yoga to elevate your wellbeing. This class is a beautiful flow tailored to those wanting to get their movement and breath in sync. 

45min Recharge - Yin

45min Recharge Class is the best way to start your Thursday morning and leave feeling recharged and ready to take on the final part of your week!  Yin involves longer, more mindful holds that are designed to hydrate joints and work into connective tissues such as ligaments.

Blend - REFORMER

Our exclusive “Blend Pilates – Foundational Focus” class, where we put the spotlight back on the core principles of Pilates, making it an ideal choice for all fitness levels, especially beginners and those seeking to re-establish their Pilates practice.

Burn - REFORMER

Our “Burn Pilates” class! This high-intensity class combines Pilates principles with cardio and strength training to help you burn calories and strengthen and tone your body. 

Flex - REFORMER

This Pilates reformer class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of Pilates on the Reformer bed. These classes run at a slower pace so you can focus!

Strength - REFORMER

This Pilates reformer class is designed to overhaul your body and ramp up your strength. Using the Pilates reformer machine, you’ll work on building strength, toning muscles, and improving body alignment.

Intermediate Burn- REFORMER

This high-intensity class combines Pilates principles with cardio and strength training to help you burn calories and strengthen and tone your body. 

Intermediate Flex - Reformer

Engage in exercises that require less coordination so you can learn to activate key muscle groups, correct breathing and most of all explore how to move your mind and body as one to get a great full body workout!

Intermediate Strength - Reformer

You can expect to perform various strength exercises that utilize the reformer’s springs and straps to add extra resistance and challenge. The pace of the class will be more intense than a traditional Pilates class, allowing you to fully maximize your workout.

Mat Pilates

Our Mat Pilates sessions are designed to strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, and foster a deep mind-body connection in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Mums and Bubs by MET Phys

Help your body recover from pregnancy and birth as well as build a strong body to assist with all the tasks involved with being a Mum, all under expert supervision. 

Pregnancy Class by MET Phys

Prepare your body and mind for all the challenges and rewards of pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery. 

Semi Private 3:1 by MET Phys

Suitable for all ages 12 and above, our clinician-led sessions are offered as individual or groups session of up to four people.

move

This class uses a combination of moderate-intensity interval training and resistance to help control blood pressure, and blood sugar levels, work on reconditioning, and improve cardiovascular function. It focuses on the major muscle groups and muscle patterns that we use frequently in our daily lives.

empower

This functional fitness class utilises strength training to help improve an individual’s global strength. It focuses on the major muscle groups and muscle patterns that we use frequently in our daily lives. The class is designed in particular for individuals with chronic conditions including osteopenia, osteoporosis, and sarcopenia but also for those who wish to improve their muscle strength.

transform

A mobility-based class, great for those getting back into exercise, starting exercise, chronic pain, or reduced mobility. Aimed at those with lower back pain, knee pain, arthritis, and falls risk clients.
