Elevation Studios is located in Highfields at approx 700m elevation. It was created to elevate people’s health and well-being. 

Highfields and Toowoomba are known for it’s parks, greenery and slower pace – this led us to create this space, just for you.

We offer a range of options for all health journeys and partner with MET Phys to provide a quality health and fitness service.

Classes

BONE STRENGTHENING

This pilates class is built to improve your strength and bone density. By using the Pilates reformer machine, you’ll work on building strength, toning muscles, and improving body alignment.  

45min Recharge - Yin

45min Recharge Class is the best way to start your Thursday morning and leave feeling recharged and ready to take on the final part of your week!  Yin involves longer, more mindful holds that are designed to hydrate joints and work into connective tissues such as ligaments.

Blend - REFORMER

Our exclusive “Blend Pilates – Foundational Focus” class, where we put the spotlight back on the core principles of Pilates, making it an ideal choice for all fitness levels, especially beginners and those seeking to re-establish their Pilates practice.

Burn - REFORMER

Our “Burn Pilates” class! This high-intensity class combines Pilates principles with cardio and strength training to help you burn calories and strengthen and tone your body. 

Flex - REFORMER

This Pilates reformer class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of Pilates on the Reformer bed. These classes run at a slower pace so you can focus!

Strength - REFORMER

This Pilates reformer class is designed to overhaul your body and ramp up your strength. Using the Pilates reformer machine, you’ll work on building strength, toning muscles, and improving body alignment.

Intermediate Burn- REFORMER

This high-intensity class combines Pilates principles with cardio and strength training to help you burn calories and strengthen and tone your body.

meet STEPH

Reformer Pilates Instructor

As a former Executive Assistant with over 30 years of office life behind her, Steph has always sought ways to keep fit and flexible – from Jane Fonda, Step to Jazzercise she has tried them all.

After a tip-off from a very ‘Friendly’ celeb she finally discovered Mat Pilates over 12 years ago, immediately falling in love with a fitness regime that worked – incorporating body sculpting with strength at the same time protecting the body from injury.

Five years of Reformer Pilates complementing Mat Pilates, Steph decided to take the challenging decision to train as an instructor so she could share her passion.

As a more mature instructor, Steph is keen to promote Pilates to the older generation but loves that her classes are attracting all ages.

This is just the beginning for Steph as an instructor. She is constantly learning and improving her skills.

When not teaching, Steph is a hands-on Grandma to 3 incredible little people, is involved in the community or planning exciting trips with her husband.

meet Rockell

Reformer Pilates Instructor

Rockell’s professional dance career started with her debut at the iconic ‘Moulin Rouge’ in Paris at the age of 18. This was followed by countless performances internationally as a commercial dancer, actress and model.

She is an internationally recognized trainer certified in STOTT Pilates on all apparatus since 2004 and also certified in Barre, TRX, Pre/ Post Natal Care and Whole Body Vibration. Rockell also is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

In 2010 Rockell joined the Xtend Barre team in the USA as their International Director and grew the brand to over 60 international locations along with creating various Continuing Education Programs and presenting online videos.

Rockell has been a presenter at Conferences such as FIBO in Germany, IDEA in USA, PMA in USA and presented education trainings in Europe, Asia, Middle East, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

Rockell is the International Program Director for Hypervibe, building out their Foundation Training and Education programs for Instructors and Therapists.
With a passion for movement from a very young age, she has been involved with many studio’s around the world and most recently owned Vibrant Body Studio on the Sunshine Coast.  Now residing in the Lockyer Valley she is excited to share her passion for movement with integrity for every body and every age here are Elevation Studios.

When she isn’t teaching you can find her on adventures with her 3 kids, her husband or out Showjumping her horses.

meet Ellie

Reformer Pilates Instructor

Ellie believes that Pilates is more than just a workout, more than just feeling the burn (though you’ll get both those), she believes Pilates is a journey of self-awareness and self-discovery, an investment in your body and your mind.

She will help you truly connect to your Centre… your upper back, stomach, waist, deeeeep lower back and hip muscles will be all working in symbiosis to provide you with stability and strength, as well as with your inner self.

With the uncanny ability to identify physical imbalances in your body (some clients are sure she has x-ray vision!), Ellie will take you through a workout which will iron out those kinks to have you feeling longer, stronger and most importantly, more like the real you.

Her love affair with Pilates started over 20 years ago. After her first class, Ellie was instantly addicted and devised a plan to get as much Pilates in her life as possible. This passion quickly led her to her first Pilates teaching certificates and then onto completing a further 600+ hours of training with Pilates International Training Centre.
